Manual 991.2 Pricing
Trying to get an idea of the going rate for manual 991.2 CS models. This one seems about $15k too high but I don't really know. Could just be wishful thinking. What say the experts here?

Two things. That is the listed price aka the asking price. And is it EXACTLY the car you are looking for or is it one that will do till you find the right car?
It depends what you want. If a 992 were exactly like the one you are looking at for the same money, I would turn it down simply because I do not like a glass instrument panels. I like real instruments.
I find the exact car I am looking for and I hang onto it.

I think your right seems about $15K too high. I bought a 2018 C2S for $97K about 2 months ago. My car dad 44,000 miles and had similar options. Don’t know how important sports exhaust and sunroof are to you but I definitely wanted those options.
unless this car checks all your boxes I’d keep looking.

Thanks all. I was just using this particular spec as an example. My ideal spec would be similar miles, manual, black exterior, leather interior, and 18 way seats. I don’t care about sport suspension, PSE, RAS, and other endless options.
I prefer not to pay more than $100k. I might have to consider a base model 😣

This is an interesting spec and it does look like you moved on as it doesn’t match what you want. But if it did, I’d try to offer for it. It is a low mileage, one most likely meticulous owner, manual, probably nearly perfect condition, highly spec’d car. The gauges tell you all you need to know.

That car has a very unique spec which you don't see much of, particularly the mahogany trim interior with luxor beige leather interior. I think it's quite beautiful. Love that it has vented seats too. The only things I would have spec'd differently are add the sport exhaust & eliminate the rear wiper. Given the very low mileage and EXCEPTIONAL Carfax maintenance history, plus the fact that it's a manual, I don't think this is priced out of range for the right buyer.

Great build 130k slick top and manual. Weird color combo so will probably sit for a while. 105k seems like a fair price for mileage and build. I have a 991.2 CS2 and have always thought the S' are in the sweet spot for price and performance.

For that car that's a more than reasonable ask IMO. I bet it goes for around $110K.

took me a year to find the right manual 991.2 in the exact spec I wanted.
Miami blue base with 29,000 miles. Graphite blue leather, slicktop, sport seats.
$91K.
Patience is rewarded!
