I’m wondering what brake fluid you guys are using recently. I last used Motul 600. No issues. Have to change it in the next weeks and might go that route again. Interesting thing with the Motul RBF 600 is that it seems to come in bottles with 2 different stickers.

What have you used and did it work as expected? Any issues? Will you use it again? Thanks!
I've been using Pentosin Super DOT4. No issues at all. I've been flushing every 2 years as recommended. I think you can go longer. I track the car maybe once every 2 years.
I run ATE (original bremsflüssigkeit, it helps to shout that part for maximum German) when I can, or just whatever stuff is on NAPA's shelves if I can't.
FYI...We are a longtime forum sponsor and have thousands of bottles of AP Racing and Ferodo Racing brake fluid in stock in our NC warehouse at all times!

I'm no expert on what works best but after OCD researching as many threads on RL as possible, I came to the conclusion that for my purposes ATE DOT 4 TYP 200 was the best choice. My purposes being daily aggressive street driving and HPDE and/or autocross type events.
Most of my track customer's prefer Castrol SRF. Since it has such a high wet boiling point most only do a bleed once a year. When price shopping keep in mind that SRF is sold by the Liter where as most other fluids are sold by 500mL.

100% agree. All the super high temp track stuff needs to be fully flushed every 6-12 months. That shouldn’t be a problem if you’re tracking and flushing it every other event, but for a normal street car that means increased servicing. The ATE 200 gold is the best street friendly fluid that doesn’t require any deviation from the standard 2 year cycle.
I normally use ATE Type 200. May switch the Pentosin Dot 4 LV [low viscosity] when no longer doing any track time. I have used both fluids for many years in my BMWs and Audis without any issues. I change the brake fluid at least annually if tracking, and otherwise every two years. I switched to Castrol SRF for my 2011 Audi S4 when tracking it because the front brakes get almost zero cooling from the air currents compared my E36 BMW which had cooling ductwork, and upgraded from stock brakes to StopTech ST-60 calipers and larger rotors. I have not made any changes to the OEM brakes on my 2017 C2S and have had zero braking issues when tracking it, but the circuits I have driven on are relatively easy on the brakes, and the on-track sessions are less than 30 minutes.
Personally, I've used Motul RBF600 in every car and motorcycle I've had that gets used hard for about the last 20 years. There are the 660 and now 700 formulations, but for my uses, 600 has never had any fade. I do flush about once a year. I like it because I can always just swing by the local motorcycle shop and grab it. And it works. But it does require a more frequent change interval. Completely unnecessary for an everyday daily driver car.
