Thst Pelican link is For 991.1. Terrier has a 991.2. Is it literally the same pet in the same place. If so, easy peezy. This might just be a one off weird error that we have seen numerous times.

True, but based upon post #13, it appears that the 991.2 part number is identical to the .1. I'd place a heavy bet that it's an identical procedure.
