I really don't like the maintenance schedule in the owner's manual booklet. It's not user friendly and it's confusing, so I did something about it. I reformatted it in Excel so it is time/mileage-based from top to bottom and added spots so I can track maintenance. I'm not sure if anyone will find this useful or not, but posting it costs me nothing.
Note, I'll hide the columns not specific to my car (Col. D-G) and save it on my drive that way. I don't need to see the columns for all the variants.
Also, this is for 991.2 cars. If someone wants this for 991.1, I can do that, I just need a copy of that maintenance schedule booklet or photos of all the pages.
If someone has suggestions on formatting, I'm happy to consider them.
See attached. I created one PDF for each column. I optimized for 2 pages so no notes and chopped out some of the header (time since ownership and miles),
You should be able to import these PDFs into Notes on your iPhone if you are so inclined.

Reason: Updated PDFs to show only the services specific to each variant
For the annual oil change, it's at the top off to the right. Look at the Excel version in the original post, I left my oil change and other) dates in there.
Thanks for this! Isn’t drive belt replacement every 6yrs/60k vs 4yr/40k though?
Depends on the car you have. Note that the drive belt in the 4/40 section is in bold italics (GT2/GT3 only) and there are no checkmarks, so you can ignore this line. You see the drive belt replacement for the rest of us in the 6/60 section.
It would be ideal to tailor each PDF to the variant (remove GT2/GT3 rows for the Turbo file, say) but then I have too many versions on my end OR I need a dynamic file for creating PDFs. Hmm...let me think about how to do that.
OMG, you read my mind! When I first got my car, I was surprised at how fuzzy the information was designed in the maintenance schedule – very un-Porsche like. Thanks for your redesign!
Very nice! I did a Google Sheets version if you don't have Excel or something local to use. Really all I did was replace the little checkbox font widget with a Checkbox data validation which you can toggle by clicking. This link will force you to make a copy into your own Google Drive:
Thanks Jay-S. Doing your own mx or a shop in ATL? I have been taking my T to Goldcrest and have been happy.
I’m learning to do my own. Focused on basic maintenance right now. Will likely take it in later this year for drive belt and spark plugs. My confidence isn’t there yet for those two.
