I like the build, but I don't have a good handle on the .2 values right now.

There was a 30k mile one for $116k recently. I'd gladly pay $26k for 50k fewer miles and a CPO if I were shopping for a .2. Seems fair to me. Maybe a little low. I just paid $93k for a 38k mile 2016 .1 CPO'd FWIW. Market is trending down ATM, I bought too early.

Looks like a nice car. Thing that stood out to me was that it had 5k miles on it prior to the first owner. My original guess was it was either a demo/PCNA executive car, or a Porsche Experience center car given that it had 5k miles on it prior to the first owner. But it seems it was a dealer executive car.
Here's two of the previous owners:

83,000 may be considered "relatively" high mileage simply because these cars are toys for most people who might put 4-5,000 miles on each year. So the majority of 7 year old 911's you see will likely have <40k on the clock.
83,000 isn't high mileage when compared to life expectancy of the car, assuming proper maintenance has been performed.
83,000 is fairly common for many other 7 year old cars.
I would be more concerned about service history, assuming it is priced right for the mileage.
7MT GTS with FAL and RAS? That's a special one.

The build is great for driving and it sucks manuals are so rare. It doesn't have the GTS interior package so no leather on dash and doors. It looks really good though. Wow.
EDIT: Here is a pretty bad-*** 2018 Carrera T manual win white with some really nice upgrades done by an enthusiast and he lives in Arizona which means hopefully no salt and you can save on some sales tax should you want to fib about the sales price. $98k and 21k miles. You would be down on power, but maybe up on feel. It has buckets, too.

My old car, I traded it at appx 25K miles. I had to put it back to stock before the trade. I purchased the car from flsupraguy, you can follow his threads for more detail. When I purchased the car he claimed he did not track but in later posts he admitted it was tracked
