My biggest fear is that I’ll die and my wife will sell my Turbo for what I said I paid for it.

I'm glad to hear they are taking care of you. My nephew is currently in the process of buying that '18 718 Cayman base they have on their lot, and I drove down to look it over with him. Salesweasel seemed ok, but felt like he took me more seriously than he did my nephew (28 y/o, but has 6 figure salary). If you were more north like me, I'd suggest Zak's in Hudson NH, or Kachel Motor Company in Lawrence as the "higher end" indy shops.

They took their time on emails until he offered to put $1k down on it, then all of a sudden they were getting back to him within hours, which I guess is pretty standard for sales, but 'eh'.

Best of luck and keep us up to date.

Default Document everything

As said here previously. Do they have a more senior tech that you can request ? A lot of these guys fake it till they make it as there is a huge shortage in qualified wrenches. I would call the manager once a ŵeek and also PCNA weekly documenting call times and content. I would also ask they refund the spark plug work as obviously that was an inexperienced tech throwing parts at the real issue which caused the plugs to foul. On modern engines plugs dont simply get oily or whatever by themselves it is caused by an issue. On a side note sorry all this is happening im sure this is more than one RLrs worse nightmare. Ŵork the process and be polite but have those bastards on speed dial.

1 qt/80 miles is by far the greatest oil consumption that I have heard of. Best to you and wishing that this fiasco get sorted in a timely fashion.

When I snapped the turbo shaft on my Subaru STi and was laying down a Spy Hunter level of smoke screen I was approaching that kind of consumption.

Was the perfect excuse to upgrade the turbo and upgrade pistons/rods/crankshaft/cams etc.

Wish it was as cheap to upgrade the 911.

Definitely curious to hear the resolution from the OP.

Default Problem resolved (Apparently) Here is the report

Hey All! so here is where we are at - i received a call from service manager last night informing me that my car is ready for pick up! according to the latest Tech it was AOS that was faulty! Kudos to those who correctly guessed that (assuming its fixed!)
the service manager told me it was fixed a week ago but they wanted to be sure before calling me as its the third time its been in for the same problem.
i have attatched the report to this post for all to review. it was all covered by extended warranty so i am so pleased i took that that out when i had the chance. cost was 3800 and have all ready utilised about 15k's worth of coverage.

Man what POS dealer, a simple AOS and they sent you around 3 times including asking for a new engine.
Hopefully one day people will start suing them for negligence.

Good follow up.

Please update again when you get the receipt with all the part numbers for the items replaced.
