Hi folks,
For those living near the Seattle-Tacoma area, any recommendations for a good mechanic for dealing with repairs and general maintenance. Somewhere better than the dealership.

I’ve also heard good things about Chris’s German Auto(Bellevue/Redmond), Akers’ Porsche (Seattle), Cantrell Motorsports. One of my previous 997s had work exclusively done by Akers’ in Seattle when I bought the car.

Where are you located? In the South Sound, I highly recommend Spec German. They are located in Gig Harbor. This team was part of Dundon before spinning out and creating a separate service arm.

Yes, I've only had positive experiences. They seem to know what they are doing and importantly they communicate well. It absolutely drives me nuts when you call, leave voicemails, email, etc. all these great shops and they ignore you or barely give you the time of day. Dobson answered the phone, spent time with me, and kept me up to date via email and text.
