I've called my local service center and they're taking a look at it tomorrow and providing a loaner. Fingers crossed!
I would say you don’t have bad luck and the car was leaking prior to the sale, the timing is just too good. They will sort it out for you. Great to have the CPO. Best to you!

Its an easy fix for you because all you have to do is drop the car off, and pick it up when it's fixed. As long as you have a "good" dealership, CPO is great.

UPDATE: Porsche McKinney was awesome. The place is beautiful and they were so nice. While there, I asked about the top of the doors trim possibly pulling away from the actual door (or frame). He chuckled and said it's a good thing I brought that up because it was in fact pulling away from the door, and that it's now covered (wasn't before I guess). So they are going to fix that as well! They provided a 2024 Macan loaner, which is super nice, just not my style.

Lastly, I asked if he's seen some really cool, expensive, nice, etc. PCars. He smiled and said come here. He took me to the service area and showed me a 2006 911 GT, silver, low mileage. It looked awesome and I asked how much this might be worth. He said...........

Maybe $2.0 million!?

As others have mentioned,I believe this is coolant & if I'm seeing your photo right this leak is on the Rear Lt. side of the car where the coolant reservoir / top-up cap are.
It's happened to me before & it turned out the coolant was overfilled in the last service so when the car got hot, the coolant volume was beyond the capacity of the reservoir & it had to escape out via overflow valve as a safety mechanism.
hopefully your car will have no major issue / failure. keep us posted.

see how great the dealer experience is at porsche? i miss having a CPO car, porsche cpo is excellent like i said before they cover everything! they dont try to nickel and dime you like BMW and mercedes does, they just fix whatever is wrong, and let you be on your way! You have nothing to worry about, the coolant leak im sure is nothing, just make sure you drive the car, and not keep it parked and you will be shocked how reliable these cars are. My 911 is a 2013 with 106k miles on it now. I bought it a year and a half ago with 94k miles, i wanted a high mileage one so i can be sure it was driven and sorted. I daily it in the spring and summer, and it feels like a brand new 911 still. then on top of it you have this forum and the EXCELLENT 911 owner community.

Yes, awesome. It's the only reason why I bought it sight unseen, but with a PPI. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the car!

I want to drive it everyday! I miss it. Is that weird? Probably. Haha

And they are putting in new top door trim/panels, or however that's phrased.
