Your 3D printer person might want to use an ABS filament, which is stronger...most likely PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament was used for the one you have.
Don't get me wrong, I know nothing about 3D printing...yet, but I have been reading about the different filaments which are used.
From what I understand, the 3D printing person just needs to change out the filament spool to something more durable, since the model is already there...no CAD drawing is needed.

The cup holder in the back would be awkward to reach and grab...well I know it would be for me anyway.

I could make these. And likely improve on the design a bit. (At least aesthetically.) Happy to look into it if people are interested. I'm not trying to start a business, but if people would be willing to cover materials cost and shipping I could do a few. (And with a stronger material.)

I am interested. My kids are in boosters in the back, and could really use a cup holder. Would be happy to pay. Let me know. Thanks.
