Heres a relatively good demo of the rear downforce.

Drive say 50-60 miles per hour and move the steering wheel left and right a small angular degree but do it quickly. This way you can wag the rear end A BIT.

Do it with the spoiler down and then do it with the spoiler up. You will be surprised how much body roll the spoiler removes at Highway speed.

Don’t turn the wheel too far, just wag it back and forth quickly. ( & Be careful)
