As I'm sure you know, you can add carplay to the 991.1, it really changes things, I love having it. You can also upgrade the steering wheel to the 991.2 wheel, having both of these on the 991.1 makes them so much more liveable. It's not needed but it's nice to have.

OP - I would take time learning about the turbo and the various options and equipment. For example, as a previous owner of a turbo, I found myself wanting certain things after the purchase that I wish I knew about up front. Some items include - seats, aero kit, paint and wheels. To my eye, 911 GTS and turbo cars look great with the painted lowers to match. It changes the profile of the car and IMHO they should all come this way (even if the aero kit painted to match isn't ordered). There are several OEM wheel types, make sure to find what you like best. I prefer the 18-way or sport seats with the extra shoulder bolster. It really gives any 911 interior a bit of sportier look too. I know the aero kit isn't for everyone. Personally, I prefer the painted to match vs. black. Gives the car some edges and angles that changed with the 991 body style.
