You can ignore the "update" part. If tires are 4/32 that means they're at 1/2 life, with usually 8/32 being brand new. They measured it on the most worn part which is always the inner side of the rears, so the rest of your rears look even thicker, which they are. In the end you don't need anything on it, and it seems like its perfect.

When it comes to the warranty.. it depends. If you're like most that put on 1-3k miles a year, then it won't be worth it since the PPI was perfect and it only has 10k on the odo. Put that money in a savings and use that for your "repair fund". After the 3 or 4 years, take the remainder and go on a trip with the lady (instead of losing all of it whether it's used or not). Warranty wont cover the actual costs you'll incure like oil changes, brakes, tires, and the Porsche recommended services. Now, if you're planning on putting 10-15k miles a YEAR on it and daily drive it, then statistically you'll have a chance of having a big covered repair or at least break even with the cost. Don't pay $5k to be covered for 5k miles lol, but if you're driving 50k in 5years then you may have something fail randomly. Usually all the big items that would be covered under warranty happen at 70k+miles on the 911's (like leaks, bushings, corroded parts, ect.). Full disclosure, I ran an exotic dealer for a decade with a service department so I personally, on a daily basis, would handle selling warranties, dealing with their coverages and claims in service, and know the ins and outs of the 911's mechanically.

Good luck! Post some pictures.

P.S. Unpopular opinion, but who gives a sh#t about documented service on a car only a few years old with 10k miles. Usually cars don't even get their first oil change until 10k. Look at it this way, in 20years when the car has 115k miles and has all the service history from you since the day you bought it, do you think any missing service under 10k miles will even ever be brought up? No.

What I do recommend doing (unless that dealer did it and has proof), is enjoy it for a few weeks to make sure everything is perfect, then take it to a trusted shop and get an oil change along with anything else minor you find. That will give you awesome peace of mind for driving it like you rented it when the weather gets better. Plus then you start your own maintenance folder for it.

when the car arrived it was evident the rocker panel was resprayed.
