good info! keep us posted -- unfortunately I'm tapped out here, you're referencing the same documentation I would be.

No luck.
I reconnected all visible connectors (including the bottom of the A/C button) but it still doesn't work.

Are you sure your cable is good?

Did you check it?

Might just be sheer coincidence, perhaps try to order a replacement USB hub.

that yellow/red wire I believe is +12v, were you able to probe it to confirm it's getting power?

if you're getting power on that harness, I'd pull the purple one and start checking the pins. two, maybe three, should be supplying +5v. that'd be a good indicator if the hub is alive/dead, or if you have an issue upstream.

I haven't been able to check the power supply. I'll check it out if possible

I visited the workshop.

The cause of the symptom is said to be a bad USB hub.

It is said that parts supply will take about a month.

I will share the contents after replacement

Thanks for closing the loop on this one! Happy to hear everything's running again. I wonder how unique your experience is with this failure.

thx for supporting!

The usb stopped working the next day after installing rennline mount.

The cause I think
1. passing the charging USB into the lower space of the PCM

2. USB hub damage due to cigarette lighter adapter problem

3. Coincidentally, on the same day, the USB hub broke.

Even in the workshop, the exact cause could not be determined.

and workshop say “It is not a common case”
