.2 CPO ending, what should be checked?
2017 991.2, PDK, 41K miles.
CPO runs out in a week. Need to take it in for state inspection anyway. What should I have the dealer check? Door panels and water pump have been replaced. Any other chronic issues? A friend suggested paying for a PPI.
Also trying to decide whether to extend the warranty. I've read the Fidelity mega thread and have emails out for quotes. PDKs seem bulletproof. What else bites the uninsured on our cars? Thanks in advance.

I’ll ask, but from what I understand it’s administered by a third-party and way more expensive than Fidelity and others. I had Fidelity on my previous 997. For the first two years I felt like I wasted my money but year three it paid off big time. Maybe I’ve answered my own question.
But I don’t think 991s have as many “known issues” as some of the earlier cars like IMS, RMS, etc.
