Gents. Once again.
This is not for wear. This area of the tire gets barely touched due to negative camber. This is simply a sign of a dry and cracked pirelli tire. They’re known to do this. I bet you the tire is over 5 years old. Right ?

below is an example from another member who’s selling a P car with these tires. Same wear.
I’ve had 3 sets of wheels on 2 of my P cars and they all got old like this

I think it's both. The tread rubber is deteriorated on the outside faces of the blocks, but there is also more positive camber wear evident on the driver's side tire. Note the difference in depth of the 2 outermost tread grooves in right vs. left.

the outermost grove is not as deep as the inner ones by design.

Yes, but the outer 2 grooves of the left tire show more wear than the outer 2 grooves of the right tire.

indeed. Has to be alignment then.

The OP desperately needs:
1. new tires
2. an alignment
