Purchased a new or used T transmission and swap yours out.
There are a ton of factors with the gearing design, sizes etc with these cars. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as you'd think.
Plus, I believe the T has an LSD.

T has same 7-spd transaxle as all other non-GT, just the final drive ratio is same as an S (3.59:1) which is shorter than the base (3.44:1). This makes all of the gears feel shorter than the base, but it’s essentially the same configuration as an S, just with the shifter from a GT4 and mechanical LSD from GT3.

104k is a good number for T. I had my '19 T for almost two years before changing it out to GT4. T is a great car and well-balanced for every day and occasional track day.
I do miss the low-end grunt on the T and spacious-er cabin than Cayman. The only two things I wished my T had were a bigger brake and RAS. Other than that, it was almost a perfect fun car.
You will enjoy the car!
Cheers,

**Update**
The price is currently $100k.
Has a few rock chips in the front bumper and one divot on the passenger side door frame that just happened. So he said $100k is his low.
Deal breaker?

Well you’re not going to find a perfect car unless you buy new…and even then I had to have the dealer repaint part of the front bumper because it arrived new missing some paint. I’d say go for it. It’s hard to tell with all the reflections but it looks fixable whether that’s worth it to you or not is subjective. The T is a drivers car and it looks like it already has some driver’s marks. If you’re looking at it as a collector…it’s too late, this isn’t the car and neither are 99% of the Ts.

I’ve seen some 991.1/.2 cars start to have price reductions lately, but not too much for the T. Just don’t want to buy one with some blemishes and then the market plummet on them lol.
he went to Caliber Collision in CA to get a quote.
$1500.
I’m sure some of that is Porsche tax.

Then you might want to wait until they announce a 992 T, or not. Personally I am not convinced it is coming (nor do I want it to!)... but if they do release it, in a similar bake to ours, then the prices of ours will go down in my estimation. Just not that little bit special any more. After they are on the road/released and people determine whether they still have the special or sauce or not, then ours may bounce back up some... If they can work the magic and make the 992 feel as light/agile as ours with a MT and the other trick bits, then it truly will deserve some praise. Every 992 I have been in felt heavy. Excellent, but heavy.
I agree with the above as far as love marks. If you find a perfect car, then it is a real unicorn and probably hasn't really been driven much. Brings its own issues after it is about four years old at this point though. Ultimately, it is a pay to play kinda thing and you are missing out by not having one right now. Only you can decide what that is worth to you.
Good luck!
