Default 2017 Carrera 4 wheels

I am looking to buy a second set of wheels for my 2017 Carrera 4 for track days and autoX etc. The sizes are all over the map and I was wondering what sizes would work. Would rather not use spacers. Thanks

Stolen from another thread.... any awd 991 is a wide body.
https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9409...l-offsets.html

From that other thread:

991.1 Carrera-line narrow body offsets for 20-inch wheels:
Front - 8.5 x 20 ET51 - 245/35 ZR 20 (91Y)
Rear - 11 x 20 ET70 - 295/30 ZR 20 (101Y) XL

991.2 Carrera-line narrow-body offsets for 20-inch wheels:
Front - 8.5 x 20 ET 49 - 245/35 ZR 20
Rear - 11.5 x 20 ET 76 - 305/30 ZR 20 (note: offset "only" changed 6mm, but wheel is further out in fender, as if on a spacer, also)

991.1 Carrera-line wide-body offsets for 20-inch wheels:
Front - 8.5 x 20 ET 51 - 245/35 ZR 20
Rear - 11 x 20 ET 52 - 305/30 ZR 20

991.2 Carrera-line wide-body offsets for 20-inch wheels:
Front - 8.5 x 20 ET 49 - 245/35 ZR 20
Rear - 11.5 x 20 ET 56 - 305/30 ZR 20

^ Above is best of my knowledge, and I encourage others to check the info; PCNA's configurator lists a number of 991.2 S/4S/GTS offsets incorrectly, which doesn't help matters. Please also note that there is an "XXL" extra wide body for the 991, used for the 911 Turbo/S and GT3/GT2 RS—but those live in their own forums.

Where are you located?

I have a set of Carrera S wheels off my 13' C4S I wouldn't mind getting rid of.

Default I am wheels up, for now....

For various reasons, primarily to geting wheels with the correct Factory Offsets and proper width, I gave up on aftermarket wheels for my 2017 Carrera GTS, as well as wheels from late model GT3 cars, and went with another set of stock GTS wheels. This way I knew the fit would be perfect. Paid $4,200 for them, and I also paid the freight. If I hadn't already purchased these Factory wheels, I'd be looking closely at Rennlist Sponsor APEX wheels. About $4,000 a set, + or -, a little more than let's say a set of O.Z. wheels at about $3,000, BUT, the APEX wheel warranty is Lifetime, not the case with O.Z purchased through Tire Rack.

If you bend or break an APEX wheel they'll sell you a replacement for 50% off...now THAT is piece of mind.

Once upon a time, prior to the 17 GTS, I bought only O.Z. wheels....I seemed to bend them...track driving I'll admit to. Out of a set of 4, I'd have bent at least 2, once bent 3 out of 4. No badly enough to need to be scrapped, but they would never pass the "straight and true" test. I could get them sraightened for about $150 a wheel....I also discovered that the O.Z. wheels took a big depreciation hit....a $3,000 set would resell for about $1,200, and then there is that pesky freight issue....$50 to $60 a wheel. Worst case for me, I bought a set of used O.Z. wheels, spec'd for a 2010 GT3 in 19", paid $1,750 for them used, was luck to get $900 for them. When listed for sale, I got only one serious bite. Had to sell them as the rear wheels would rub the wheel carriers, unacceptable. The GTS seems to like 20" wheels...so that's what she gets.
