Congrat 10.2@137 is solid number!a stock 992turbo S have similar number ! what fuel are you using and how much boost are you set at?are you fbo?

Thanks, this was on E85 and 21-22 psi to redline.

I have a similar build to you, except no meth injection or the TiAL elbows (I want to add meth this summer!)

- TiAL M660 Hybrid Turbos
- TiAL Intercoolers
- TiAL Air Intake Inlets
- Vektor Headers
- THS X-Pipe & Catless Bypass Pipes
- BMC Air Filter
- Turbosmart Kompact Valves
- Cobb PDK Aggressive Tune
- M Engineering E85 Map (21-22 psi)

We switched fuel to E40 to resolve the cold start issues with the Cobb AP and also increased boost to 22-23 psi to match the power as the E85 tune 👍

You do crazy number on low boost awesome !!i needed 27psi to do my numbers ...
To compare before with my old setup APR GTS stage3 104oct tune i did 10.8@131mph 22-23psi also
You will like meth cuz it cool down the iat by alot and increase oct too, especialy with the bad spot i/c are cuz they heat soak fast
Thx for sharing Alex

Thats awesome-how do you like the m engineering e40 tune? Did they remote tune it or dyno tune on site?

Thanks! All the tuning was done remotely via Cobb AP (datalog street pulls, email M Engineering the logs, flash a new map, and repeat until dialed in/reaching safety limits).

Can’t recommend them enough for tuning - once I install a water/meth kit, I’ll be contacting them for a new map 👍

Thanks! Love to see results of more builds, there aren’t enough!

I’m looking forward to installing the w/m kit. The biggest weak point is heatsoak even with the best IC’s. The design is just poor for airflow - I see consistent 40F IAT increases in 1/4 mile pulls. When I ran meth on an old S4, the IAT’s would be colder at the end of the run!

I was told these ECU’s will start to pull back on timing once you reach 110F IAT’s - so hopefully w/m will keep it lower (I’ve seen 140-160F).

Alex can i recomand you running 100% meth...
Dont run 50/50 cuz water kill power and doest cool like meth and meth is fuel
My iat when i did my 1/4 mile started at 20c and finish 16-18c , i like alkycontrol kit and julio give good advice! his kit come with braided line
His pump is compatible with 100%meth

Thanks for the tip! Methanol alone has great cooling characteristics, that’s awesome to see you ending your runs colder than when you started 👍

I have a Snow Performance Stage 2.5 I’m going to DIY with hard lines and will be swapping out the Sport Chrono clock for the Snow water/meth + boost gauge.

I run 50/50 boost juice on a custom Sno meth system. I see 30-40 degree drops in temp over a 1/4 mile run compared to stock. I cant remember the exact temps but they are in a thread I started.

It’s a Sno210 kit with a single 400hp nozzle using 50/50 boost juice. Car is tuned at 20psi on base turbos and the system engages at 10psi progressively. Still on stock intercoolers for now. Details can be found here:

Polabai i realy like your setup very nice and inspiring !i can understand why your iat lower that much cuz your on low boost, when your 27-28psi and up like my setup the turbo are heating up so fast the i/c ! When i start the 1/4mile im at 18cel going down to 11-12c then raise again at the end at 16-18c cuz i/c are heat soaking badly but still im at à good final temp ...

Makes sense. I am using mine primarily for cooling and less for power as well. We tuned the car so it ends up not losing power up top due to the meth. Initially it caused some power loss up top and had to reduce the amount injected in the upper rpm ranges. Now it makes the same power (or a bit more) than without meth. Also 100% meth performs great but is highly flammable and has an invisible flame…I don’t want to take that risk-50/50 won’t ignite and is a safer bet.
