I always drive my car in SPORT with PSE on (open valves)
Some things to do the day it makes it to you.
1. Use a hair drier and remove the damn CarMax decal.
2. Use sport button every time you start the car
3. Order Suncoast clear front side markers (super easy to swap out)
4. Order the Soul valved exhaust https://soulpp.com/product/porsche-9...xhaust-system/

Thank you all, looks like the car is going to be another 7 days to get to me. Forum open if anyone has information on this car or thoughts.
Really appreciate this community.

My 2012.5 car is almost the same, including the color, but has Sport Chrono and Sport Exhaust. The Bose speakers suck. I upgraded the speakers on the dash and in the doors, and added a power amp with subwoofer. Sound deadened the doors during the speaker swap, so now the cabin is much quieter and the sound much better. unless you open the exhaust valves (but you don't have Sport Exhaust. Not sure if that's something you can easily add..)
I don't think your car is young enough to have Apple CarPlay, but there are several after market kits to add that, and it's a game changer. I went with the one from NM Automotive and installed it myself.
If you track the car, you'll want paddle shifters, as others have noted.
I've done some engine tweaking, suspension upgrades, and have a 2nd set of wheels and tires for track and autocross use. If you're interested I can describe those, too.
Great car!

Couple of quick things
Buy a replacement sport wheel from Suncoast. Those stock plastic steering wheels look awful and are easily upgraded (1k). At the same time search pse parts here and buy a new center muffler off flea bay for 600. You will need some other parts (buttons, tubes, etc) and pay the dealer $100 to program. These minor things are oem and will transform the car.

I am a bit confused - is that the build sheet for the car? Sport Chrono and Sport Exhaust were options and it appears that the car has them but they are not on the build sheet. The interior photo doesn't look like gray to me. Just asking.
