Porsche Exclusive/"unicorn" builds with very high MSRP relative to most other cars would be ideal, but I know not easy to find

I have a 2016 Rhodium silver coupe with GTS interior/red stitching. It is MT with SPASM. Car has ~9K miles in pristine, as new condition. It has Fidelity extended warranty for another 4 years and 60K miles that can be further extended for cheap since car is less than 10K miles. It has some other options like glass roof, MSRP ~ 143, so not loaded with options, just the way I wanted it. It had Xpel applied at the dealer before I took it home. I babied this car too much, wonder if I should sell as it sits in the garage way too much, currently covered for winter. PM me if interested and we can talk, I must say, not certain if I want to sell

The car checks all your boxes plus the mods - Akrapovic exhaust, Vredestein diffuser, Eibach lowering springs, Fuchs Heritage wheels (not yet installed), 991.2 GT Sport steering wheel with contrasting stitching, DB Carbon CF shifter with red shift gate pattern and stitching on the boot, GT4 short shifter, full PPF and ceramic, CarPlay, and a few other little doodads on 12k miles. No warranty or CPO. Clean title and history. How much is it worth to you? I know what it's worth to me
