may I ask why the need for Over rev unless you are running across new cars all the time, once you have your car and it has a clean Over rev, it should remain that way, no?

I have a cheap Icarsoft for Porsche, and it works both for my cayman, cayenne and 911.

Which do you have? I want to buy one for my 2005 987 Boxster S and my 2019 991.2. But I’ve read of compatibility issues.

Durametric Pro. I have no info if other diagnostic scanners can do that. I am still looking for the near-perfect diagnostic tool.

What the scan looks like for the vehicle I bought in 2018...

Hello guys,

Just started working with Porsche. And I need some information so I decided to ask some questions from you

What tools do I need to work properly with, Porsche that means that I need to be able to do coding and diagnosis with it.

It is only PIWIS 3 or there are other tools, that can work with Porsche.

I will be waiting for your answer

I believe ThinkCar, iCarsoft, Launch X431 are one and the same company, with multiple brand names.
Their software user interfaces look suspiciously similar to one another.

Still the biggest mystery to me. I'd hate to spend upwards of a grand and not have it do what I want.

But you might want to PM asellus. He uses an Autel MS906 BT and used it in this thread.
