The fact you got engine and trans faults leads me to think battery. I've experienced this with both of my sparingly driven cars. Now I keep them on battery tenders. Also, wouldn't a misfire throw a specific "misfire" code? That's been my experience at least with coil pack failures on my BMW's. At 5 years, it's time to replace the battery anyway.

I just replaced battery on wife's '13 Cayenne GTS and was surprised to see Original battery (114K miles). Although we didn't have any issues (prob just got lucky), gas milage, Auto start stop little things like that had been affected for a while. The car even seems to run smoother and better if that makes sense.
5-6 yr replacement is probably a very good habit
Make sure the connectors that go on the coils are fully seated. I had the exact symptoms you describe happen to a buddy's car after I did the plugs. I thought I had wrecked his engine. Turns out one of the connectors wasn't pushed on all the way.
This also happened on my car - the coils on the .2 are not as rigid as the .1 coils and that flex causes issues like this. My $$ is on this being the issue.

OP says he has the iCarsoft. Does the iCarsoft have the ability to check the health of the battery? Curious as I just purchased one and would like to know for both the OP and myself. I haven't yet had the chance to play around with it yet.

There are some good tutorials on iCarsoft online as well as this one: https://rennlist.com/forums/diy-boxs...er-review.html I have not become proficient with mine yet but think that it will only provide current battery status of charge, That said, I have a load tester so will use that. I hope that it will test an AGM battery as well as a standard one.

Is the engine off? You're getting N/A for misfires but I can see engine roughness values. The misfire counter is a live feed of the misfires that the ECU detects per 2,000 ignitions as the car records this data in blocks. To my knowledge, the ECU reads the data by comparing the # of misfires against the block (2,000 ignitions) and the total # of misfires against the number of times the cylinder fires during a trip. Once the # of misfires exceeds the thresholds, the car will throw a warning light.
Does it tell you at which mileage these DTC appeared? I you have misfire on all cylinders, it could be caused by not enough juice going to the coils (failing alternator or battery? check your grounds as well), it could be a problem of harness (damaged) or problem of fuel.
Have you torque the spark plug at the correct torque value?
I'd suggest to erase the codes, drive the car again and identify the life case when the codes appear : do the misfire code appear at idle or when the engine is loaded, when engine is cold or hot, when the PDK is in D or N, vehicle running or static etc?
To me they just look like stored codes from when you had the roughness and misfires.
What is the Voltage on instrument cluster when you move the key to ON position before starting?
Is the voltage at least in the 12.0-12.1 range?
I'm feeling really dumb here but I don't see a voltage value anywhere on the instrument cluster with key on, no starting. I had it on a float charger for the last 2 days and did a load test after disconnecting charger, battery tests good.
