Does it work as the site claims to stop wind buffeting?

They definitely make a difference. There are other types that work better, but they're all horrendously ugly.

Would like to hear from the OP to see if these will be enough to keep me from having to hit the sunroof button 2x a lap

I installed at set last week. Reduces wind buffeting at 45mph about 70% less, at 75mph about 35% less. When installing, hard to get the Phillips screw to align to the post it's to screw into (visually hidden) - the last step once the the diffuser fits back into its snapped in final position. I solved this by visually just starting the Phillips screw into the post and then fitting the diffuser into the final position, lastly tightening the Phillips screw. 2017 CarreraS.

I installed them a while back. They absolutely make a difference. In So Cal, ups tend to drive with the windows down a lot. So, almost a requirement.

I installed only on the driver's side. I no longer have to crack open passenger side window. Sometimes I still get a bit of buffeting, but never as annoying as before.

I've had these installed for 2+ years and the make a big difference, though it does not completely solve the issue. That said, I am more than happy with the result as the Blackmill's, which do a better job, are awful looking IMO.

Agree, I have the Blackmill deflectors and they work well.

No buffetting but still noisy.

Not as pretty but they definitely work.
