I think I'm going to pass on it, but posting it here in case someone else is interested in a spec like this!
Be patient one will pop up in time for you to jump on that checks most it not all your boxes.

On a Side Note:
For the life of me I can't or don't understand why Porsche lists a "Luggage Net in Passenger Footwell" as a "Factory Option" $0 ?
It's a $3 item in most cases for most car mfg's cost maybe and what the hell type of a Luggage will fit in that tiny, netted area?

It's done this way because some owners spec the car without the free option. It allows for the choice. It's also a great place to stow your front plate.

I think I know which car you are looking at. I almost went over to the dark side and got very close to shaking hands couple of days ago. At the end I am glad my wife talked me out of it ( not saying it isn't an awesome car, just not for me/us)

30 minutes after I passed, the dealer lowered the price by $1500 which I thought was humorous

Good luck, its a beautiful well spec'd car.

LWBS sit considerably lower than the folding GT2 buckets in the 997. You should be fine.

I'd say that's a pretty good deal in this market - CPO and a few K below original MSRP. Looks like a good spec to me.
