Default changing belts from black to yellow

Happy New Year All.

I plan to change the seat belts from black to yellow however I'm not sure if I should do all 4 or just the front seat belts. I have decided to make this change to help tie in my yellow gauges.

Thoughts and opinions welcome.

Love the idea. I considered it but was only planning to do the front two. Let us know who you go with and what your costs were.

I've always been a mundane interior kind of guy -- loving my espresso full leather + OE carbon fibre trim. About as flashy as I'll go; I don't like flashy colours, lights, or high contrast items in the interior of my vehicles. Even just a sport chrono gauge faceplate in some wacky colour is enough for me to look for a different car. It's something I'm going to be in every day, I don't want my eyes assaulted. A race car is a different story, though. Go nuts, there.

My $0.02.

I found this company

https://www.safetyrestore.com/conten...SeatBeltColors

So far their communication has been quick. They charge $75 per belt + shipping back to you. I like that they use your existing hardware to keep it OEM. $300 plus shipping is a far cry from the $1,959 Suncoast Parts wants for all 4 belts.

Just need to decide if I want 2 or 4 done.....

I love the idea! Either or fronts or all four would look great.

I'd go for the front. Rear is hardly noticeable and a pain in the xxx to install.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions.

I have decided to do just the fronts for now. I think this will look nice (no one sits in the back anyway).

As for labour I will be doing this job as a DIY (it doesn't look very difficult). For an all in cost of under $250 I think this is going to be a tasteful mod.

Once I've had time to get to this project I will update this thread with pics. I promise to have it all done before the end of March when I take my car out of hibernation.

for the DIYer, James of AA has a video following his install process in a 991.1.

Cannot do the rear seat delete. Every so often I have a 3rd passenger (blue moon, but it happens).

I like my interior, Agate gray, but thinking of doing the same with my belts but to match the calipers in red. Fronts and maybe backs as the car stands out with the top down. Thoughts or any pictures out there?

I think silver belts would match better.

I have used safety restore before...albeit for a Wrangler. Perfectly happy with their work. Register an account, add them to your cart and close the window....you'll receive a coupon in a day or two for 25% off.
