Completely agree with you that eventually the decision come down to each individual's personal situation. Of course this is not the craziest price ever in today's world (e.g. the markup on new cars), but there are some T available with a lower price and preferred options (manual, LWB, etc), which are better choice in my opinion.
From what I've heard, there is solid interest in your car at $115K. Would go asking if Manual ;-).
