Default e85 flexfuel for the 991.2 3.0 platform-TESTERS NEED IN TEXAS

Good day team, I have been following this company and their devolopments for quite some time-Advanced Fuel Dynamics. They make plug and play e85 flex fuel kits (true flex fuel) for various models but up until recently only for non direct injected platforms. The best part about their kits is that its plug and play, can monitor the actual ethanol % via your smartphone and works with stock and EXISTING tunes. Yes, that means if you have a tune you can slap this on and their kit will adjust as needed based on ethanol content! I have been in touch with them to get something going for our platforms and earlier this year they were able to get their new direct injection technology passed the European emissions WLTP test which was a huge milestone. They have begun testing and development on a few other direct injection platforms such as some newer BMW models and Subaru models with success and are ready to expand. With that being said, they need someone who is local to their facility in central Texas to aid with a test car for development and testing. If you are local and are willing to help out, you can email them directly at gray@afd-usa.com. I hope someone can make it happen as it will be a game changer for our community-I would love to do it but I am half a country away in south Florida .

I’m an 80 mile drive from them.

Looks cool and would be great for the platform. I’m working with BBi on an E85 tune at the moment - but do you know how long they would need the car for development?

Good to hear! I am not sure on how long they would need-would probably be best to reach out to gray@afd-usa.com and they can give you an idea. They are aware we are soliciting assistance from the community and are looking forward to getting started. Let me know if I can help in any way.
