I drive a 991.1 c2s with factory aero kit and I had this doubt for a long time. Some say only turbo and turbo s are wide body. But some of my friends say I am also a wide body because it got the same look as a GTS. My rear tires are oem 305 width which is a little wider compared to the normal c2s 295.
I have no preference on narrow or wide body personally. I just want to get cleared in order to buy the correct rims since some are designed for narrow body only.

GTS does have a widebody, but I believe the turbo and turbo S's might be a touch wider than that GTS and 4S.

305's can be fit on ALL 991's with no issues. Narrow or wide body.

I also have a standard S like yours, you def DO NOT have a wide body, unless you are a GTS, 4S, Turbo, Turbo S and all GT 911's. Regardless of Aero or no Aero.

Correct, you are a narrow body, regardless of aero.

Lastly, don't buy wheels bases on narrow or wide body. They should be bought based on offset. FYI. the 991.1 narrow body and the 991.2 narrow body have different offsets.
