991.1 GTS or 991.2 4S?

All,
Have a budget of $120K and have been going back and forth on 991.1 GTS or 991.2 4S. I am coming from a 2015 base 991.1 and now searching for a Cab with sport exhaust. Not a rush so may hold off and wait until the market cools and 991.2 GTS drop to my budget.
Thoughts on which one will depreciate the most in the next 5 years?
Thanks in advance!

991.2. You've already had a .1
Life is short - enjoy the ride. Don't worry about depreciation... worry about the dollar (US) devaluation.

if youre concerned about depreciation, i'd add $20k to the budget and shop for a GT3 instead.

Performance numbers will likely be similar. Have you driven the 991.2. I think you will know street driving if .1 or .2 is for you. If not sure then but nothing.

I agree with this
if depreciation is an issue for you (and it probably should be for those buying in THIS environment) I say invest in a GT car.. time has proven that GT cars rarely depreciate significantly

Cabs will depreciate the most.
.1 with NA engine may depreciate less since last NA engine but is not fast compared to all brands newer turbo engines, ex M3/M4 etc
For city driving and weekend car, get the 4S .2. The low end boost with the turbo engine is best. Great for dinner and dates. If you want more power later, simple tune will unleash a beast.
the GT3 is too low for most city driving and stiff over bumps and loud.

You should really drive the .2 car before you switch. I find the character to be quite different, mainly due to the sound. Specifically, the .2's sounds really congested due to the turbos. The boost in torque is nice around town, but the .1 GTS is already faster. It's an easy choice for me, GTS all the way.
My bottom line, they're all great cars! Find the one you like and enjoy it!
