Hi, I am considering the tune for my 991.1 C2. I would appreciate if anyone who tuned their 3.4 lt engine with Softronics could share their experiences. It seems like a 20hp inrease.

Up until somewhat recently I had a 996tt x50 tuned by Markski and that thing was nuts quick. Like real nuts. Jam the gas, wait a second, and then the torque would rip. When I upgraded to my 991.2 Targa 4S, I was a bit underwhelmed with its performance compared to my 16 year old turbo. After doing a fair bit of reading on tuners for the 991.2, I opted for Softronic and flashed the tune in my garage a couple days ago. My general impression over the first hundred miles with the Softronic tune is that my car is a dramatically improved beast. It is so much faster and more responsive than stock. I don't have dynos or draggys, but I can tell you that I feel the hundred horses and torques from the tune. I should have spent the money and gotten the tune months ago.
