Get a PPI if you’re considering this as a long term keeper and a “bargain” 911 is all you can afford. Offer whatever you’re willing to pay. Nobody can give you a hard number on this car so it’s all about what you’re willing or able to pay. I wouldn’t touch it if knew I’d be trying to sell it before the cars afterlife as a roller.

Your post is missing key details. 911 what, coupe, convertible or targa? Manual or PDK, color, carfax info (besides original accident).
Assuming base coupe, pdk, standard options and color its worth probably high 70s to low 80s. Now factor in accident and knock of 20%, so $60-65k.
The members here, imho, are very into and particular about their 911s, and as such want you to have the best experience so that is why they say run away and not a value (especially those who are first owners)

Thank you , i could have given more info , i guess what i was looking for was what does non - professional body work and no verifiable maintenance do to the value i was just looking for a roundabout idea
