Weather for the first 2 sessions was perfect and 60deg. Had 4 laps that were new personal bests. And the KW clubsports now have a 1.68 sec advantage over the SPASM/DSC suspension at Buttonwillow.
The 720s at the end of the video is FAST

Now if I could only drive as fast as you

The KW’s come with 90nm front springs and 190 rears. Emotion swapped out the rears for a softer spring between the GT3 and RS rates. On the street the ride is nice except for low speed rough roads. It was surprisingly compliant over the hi-speed curbs (Bus stop) at Buttonwillow.
Nice. Any other accompanying suspension mods to do with the KWs?

Yes, I had already done the Emotion LCA's and tension arms to be able to get to a track alignment. They had been on a couple years before I did the KW's.

Interesting tire setup. What's the rationale for it? As in - why not Pirelli Trofeo's front and rear?

Buttonwillow 153.95, -.34secs
Chuckwalla 153.26, -2.1 secs
Big Willow 127.98, -1.4secs

BW CW 13, a 1:53.95 is epic, well under 2:00 minutes at Chuckwalla, wow!

These are incredible times...at Willow on that 1:27.86 lap, did you brak 150 MPH on the front straight? A 1:27.88 is typically seen only on a rece prepped car. Very impressive.....

Goodyear Supercar 3R's are really good track tires and relatively cheap. But they don't make a 20" 245 front Trofeo rears are $100 more ea than 3R's, and both last about 20 sessions.

3R's do come in 19" 265/325, and I just had some 19" wheels made to run those.

I'm typically 147 through the finish line, and 150-151 just before the braking zone. I think the 147 is better indication of the power, you can always keep pushing deeper into the braking zone.......

Yeah - I saw that w.r.t. the Goodyears after I posted. Been looking for tires myself, but still on 20" rims and don't really want to change the tire sizes. Got stuck with not being able to get either Cup 2s or Dunlops, so was looking at Trofeo Rs, but managed to find some K2-spec Cup 2s.

Damn, that is "hauling the mail." My top speed (Garmin Catalyst confirmed) in a 2015 Cayman GTS was 143 on the front straight. Did the same speed in my former 2020 Mustange GT coupe, Performance equipped with Package 1. I cheaped out and should have bought the Shelby GT 350, but it was about $30,000 more. The Mustang GT coupe suffered from 2 ailments, overheating diff after about 5 laps at Willow and mini-brakes on the rear, would go through a set of rear pads in a weekend...must have been Pinto brakes from the parts bin. Front brakes were monster Brembos.I could have fixed the problems, but the car was under warranty. Me instaling a diff cooler and changinhg out the brakes, may have violated the warranty.

So I sold the Mustang and bought a 2013 991.1 Carrera S, with PDK, lacking Sport Chrono...kept it about 7 months, until I came upon a 20,000 mile 2017 Carrera GTS with PDK and of course Sport Chrono and S PASM, 10 miles from my home at a local BMW dealer...having had a long term obsession with the 991.1 and 991.2 GTS, I traded in the the 991.1, and the story continues....been to two (2) separate DE track days with the 991.2 GTS, 1 day at Chuckwalla and 1 day at Buttonwillow. Car ran incredible on stock Pirelli P Zero tires....I was ******* it a bit claiming I was "learning" my new (to me) car. Actually, I am intentionally tentative beccause I don't want any "offs", etc., and I am just out to have fun. I have been going to ther track for 25 years..time to chill a bit..while in the Sport + mode, I can hardly wait to push the PSRB button after the exit of Turn 9, at Wiillow Sptngs with the POC in May. If I can exit Turn 9 at 90 + MPH, breaking into the 140 MPH zone should be possible (Secretly, I want to see a 145+); the secret is out
