Pdk wouldn't let you downshift to 1st if parameters weren't safe. I wouldn't worry one bit unless the car was completely cold.

Yep, the car was pretty close to fully warmed up (Oil Temp ~190F)... I'm not really concerned about the engine, but this kind of thing can't be good for the transmission/drivetrain if it happens too often.
