To the OP, have you considered trading your PDK T for a manual T?
Pickings are slim now, but you could potentially be near even on a trade. The gearbox with short shifter and tighter ratios might be more "fun" than the longer gearing of the 718 GTS.

Agreed, and most of us manual T owners don't want to sell - but, if you put up a WTT post on the marketplace, you might get a bite from someone looking to trade for less than that (either for a T or 718 GTS).

In fairness, autocross is likely not the best tool for a 718 vs 991 or 992 comparison. Short and twisty plays directly into the hand of the mid-engine. The 992 C2S is considerably faster (>2secs) than even the 718 GT4 around the Barber Motorsports track. So it depends what OP is using it for.

would do it due to getting a better driver's car. number wise if carmax is offering you low 90, p dealer should be able to do mid/high 90 & 4.0gts probably is going for msrp these days. Depends on your spec you should be able to pull off an even trade.
