Tire sizes,19" VS 20" width delta?

On the 2013 001.1 Carrera S, the car cones with:
Lastly, on my former 2015 Cayman GTS, I ran 255/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear, no rubbing, no issues.
- 245/35/20 Front
- 295/30/20 Rear, 305/30/20 is an option according to tire rack.
- 235/40/19 front
- 285/35/19 rear

Compare diameter for both these sizes (tire rack is good tool) When you spec a new tire, try not to go above or below the max and min diameter Porsche supplied for your car.
based on overall diameter and rim size, that will determine the width of the tire you can put on.
it appear you should be able to go wider with lower aspect ratio. Make sure it matches with the rear so your rake is about the same. Ie, if you have a bigger diameter in front with new tires but are not changing the rear, will your rake change - yes, and are you ok with this and does it look ok?
