Default Seeking help for NAV TV users

Hello. I am trying to troubleshoot the sound system- Right Rear speaker no putting out sound. I swapped the Right Rear speaker to the Left Rear and confirmed that the speaker itself works fine. I then checked the continuity of the Right Rear speaker wires to the amp and they checked out fine, I have narrowed down to the amp or the PCM unit. This car does have NAV TV backup camera installed to the PCM unit. I would like to rule out NAV TV having anything to do with the Right Rear no sound. Could a NAV TV user please set the balance/fader to Right Rear and let me know if it puts out sound? Thank you.

Put a volt meter to AC current, and meter the speaker leads with one lead on each wire. Should show ac current when radio is playing, and you should notice the values increasing when you turn the volume up.

Since you already verified the speaker is good, I suspect the amplifier has a bad channel. This test will tell you if there is output or not.

Thanks. Hope its the amp, not the PCM.

Thanks for checking. Now I can rule out the NavTV interface.
