Default Carbon Fiber Madness

After 5 years, was tiring of the cheap plastic looking interior in my car. So, decided to change to Carbon Fiber. Got them from DB Carbon, of course. These guys rock, and their stuff is second to none. I changed out the center button module, ashtray, climate control console, and top center console. I also switched out the white mirror shells with CF. I have been wanting to change out the engine bay fan cover with CF for years, and decided to do that too. The engine bay cover was not from DB Carbon. Last bit to do is CF rear valance. Hope to change that out in the next few weeks.

Center console button and ash tray

Heating control module

Upper center console

Engine fan covers (not from DB Carbon)

Replace white mirror shells with CF

Looks great. I got the CF Sport Chrono cover from DB Carbon. Also added the Exclusive Option leather speaker grills with deviated stitching. Dash really pops now.

Just to update, added CF rear valence. This should be the last piece (famous last words)!

I thought carbon fiber was a structural material, not a decorative one....

Think about all of weight CF saves, now your car is much faster.

I fell down the carbon fiber rabbit hole many moons ago with another car - carbon fiber seats, carbon fiber trim, carbon fiber shift ****, carbon fiber toilet seat... It's like a disease, so I get it.

I eventually grew out of the aesthetic carbon fiber phase, it was expensive and served no functional purpose. But I still love functional CF parts that reduce weight.

Feel the same way.
