It always sounds different in person but I was away from the car for 13 days. It sounded very ticky upon start up.
What do you think? Kinda reminded me of broken exhaust manifold bolts on other cars. 2017 4s with Soul 200s
Once the oil got up to the high 100s it seems to be gone.

Legs broken?
Being next to the another car might have amplified the normal tick of the engine.
Get a better video clip back by the exhaust.

That does seem quite loud but guessing per the poster above that it is sound reflecting off the other car. Hate to parrot what has already been said but can you use 5w50, if you are not currently using?

I switched to M1 5W-50 (still A40 approved) in Feb and have noticed now there is an almost complete absence of tick tick tick even after sitting for a few days.

I’ve been using mobil 1 a40 5w50 last few thousand miles (current mileage almost 7800) 991.2 T and I still get that ticking (almost slapping) noise if the car sits for a at least a few days. gone when warmed up. this thread a while back seems to describe it:

I've had two 3.0's that sound similar after sitting for longer periods. I've also experienced a warm engine situation where there is some tick when sitting at a light stopped. I've noticed tick in 3.8's and 4.0's too. I wouldn't worry about it.
