Like the title says, can you recommend a shop to do a PPI? And likewise any shops to avoid?

Edit: I just read in another thread you can buy warranties for these cars. Are they any good? It sure would be cheap insurance to pick up a 1 or 2 year powertrain. Roughly what would something like that cost for a 2014 PDK S with 30k miles?

I just had a PPI done here last week. They are very thorough and provide a detailed report. Not cheap though, $380. Good luck.

Thank you for everyone who answered. To follow up on this thread I'll refer to a saying my cousin taught me when I was 13. "He who hesitates, m......................" Keeping it family friendly, "He who hesitates doesn't drive a Porsche " It sold before I could put a deposit on it.
