Like the title says, can you recommend a shop to do a PPI? And likewise any shops to avoid?

Edit: I just read in another thread you can buy warranties for these cars. Are they any good? It sure would be cheap insurance to pick up a 1 or 2 year powertrain. Roughly what would something like that cost for a 2014 PDK S with 30k miles?

I just had a PPI done here last week. They are very thorough and provide a detailed report. Not cheap though, $380. Good luck.

Good, I think that if you got a "very thorough and detailed report", $380 is not over priced. But that's my opinion...

Not overpriced, just more than I thought it would be. I look at it as good insurance on a used car purchase.
