If you want to put back on original ones what is best used for adhesive?
Call 3M and ask for a local supplier for their VHB tape. This is double sided tape that you can get in various widths, thickness and adhesion strengths. Use a sharp knife to put on the back of your original letters. You do not need anything too thick or wide. This is not the same tape you buy at Home Depot sold as 3M double sided tape. You really want their industrial VHB tape. After this, you will need to beg Porsche to borrow their spacing gig since the letters are already off. Good luck and have fun. Don't stress over this too much. It will come together for you.
Yes, yes they do. I like your color on color motif.
Thanks, yes I am not a fan of all the rear lettering. I decided to leave it off after PPF was done and see what I thought. After a year I now have decided to put it back on.
I am hoping that the gloss black lettering is similar in look to my painted letters I removed. No matter the colour I have seen, I always like the colour on colour lettering when I see it. It is there, but not THERE.
