OP, can you share pics & more details about your new ride? The thread got derailed with us giving you grief about your innocent question, but I'd love to see more about the 911. Congrats on the purchase, BTW. Where is the seller - geographically, at least? Curious as to how far your Brumos car wandered from home.

Hey RJ, you should repost the original pics. Other than when it got a bit snarky, this has been a good thread. I have learned a lot from the research I did because of it.

How did you get connected with a private collector? What else does he have in his collection?

Despite all the ribbing (it's how it rolls around here...), fascinating car/story!

That's really cool, but how the hell does one contort oneself to write on the hood like that?! I guess the same Q applies to the OP's vehicle.

She and Paul climbed into the frunk. Crap, photo of the signing was accidentally deleted from my phone.

Here's the signers, Paul and Margie.

rolex Pepsi

I would happily join you in GMT Pepsi ownership- but two of my coworkers already have the exact same watch (and they each have the different bracelets; if they both had the jubilee then I'd consider getting the oyster or vice versa...). I desperately wanted a Batman but good luck finding one (or a pepsi for that matter)- any steel Rolex sports watch is an appreciating asset right now and a newborn child will graduate college by the time you get one from an AD...

I "settled" for an Explorer II. I'll probably get a Daytona next unless I can find a Batman.
