Anyone who's pulled apart a 991 interior knows that those pins are very easy to break if you pull in the wrong direction. Same with the PCM side panels on our cars. From 3D printing I have ABS juice which is clear abs granules dissolved in acetone. I just some on both the pin and the trim piece, the plastic gets tacky enough to hold the pin in place and you want 10 minutes for the acetone to evaporate, and you have a bond that is essentially a plastic weld. Great tip for those who pull their interiors apart and forget to pull in the right direction.

Oh man this would have saved me a TON of money LOL I usually end up buying used trim pieces on ebay to replace any broken ones which can't be secured after I break things LOL

I know, I actually use this since I order my filament from Prusa. You have to add your own acetone but I can vouch for the quality. Contains virgin ABS granules that dry clear.

So many trim pieces would have avoided the dump if I knew about this before.

Or you could just run down to Home Depot, and buy a can of ABS pipe cement.
