991.1 S or GTS with OEM rotors needs the FCP4955 pad up front and FCP4713 for the rear. When Porsche came out with the 991.1 they put the GT3 Caliper up front but made the hat to large so the GT3 pad could not properly seat. If you look at the pad shapes both the FCP4955 and the FCP4664 had identical dimensions side to side but the FCP4955 is shallower.
Giro Disc recognized this and made a rotor hat that was smaller so the GT3 pad can be used on the 991.1. This is Giro Disc P/N A1-032. When they came out with the 991.2 Porsche corrected the problem so the GT3 Pad seats properly.
I am the largest stocking Ferodo into POrsche dealer in the country. If you have questions just call me.

Are you saying the FCP4955H fits into a 991.2 S or GTS but just with less pad depth? I have 4955H leftover from my 991.1 S and trying to figure out if it fits the 991.2 S.

Also was looking to see if FCP4955H would fit the 991.2 S. Can anyone confirm? Only a handful of options on FCP Euro. This would be a perfect street/track pad for me.

Essex is the only distributor in the US that I am aware of, they have a listing for all the cars. https://www.essexparts.com/

Thank you all, looks like FCP4664H will be the best fit for Front OEM rotors for my 2017 991.2S.

Was trying to use FCP Euro for the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee program. The fitment on this site does not include S/GTS so was a bit uncertain. EssexParts says it will fit.
