Have you considered using one of the remote tuners? Typically you do some pulls, either on a dyno or on the road, send the file off to the tuner, they adapt it for your conditions and what they notice and then send you a new file back.
Is there a certain tuner company you have used and got good customer support ?
No, a friend used ES Motor to do the tune but went through AIM performance to do it. He was happy with the work. This was on a 997.2 Turbo. I have an NA car, 997.1 GT3, so am not as familiar personally.
I'd trust any of the larger names though, such as BBI.
Typically you use a Cobb Accessport to upload and do the data logging.
