Default 2017 9114s price

Looks like many 2017/18 911 s were delivered with Michelin 4s summer tires and 4s were delivered with Pirelli pzero tires . I am wondering when it comes to change from winter , Michelin Ps4s might be better tire from ride and handling perspective

Wondering how much to offer on a A preowned 2017 911 4s coupe with 34k miles, original msrp 138k with new winter tires - still has factory warranty so have to get fidelity warranty before factory warranty ends as it is sold from a non Porsche dealership

Thanks

I can tell you firsthand that the Michelins are not a capable cold-weather tire. You may get by with a 4S above freezing assuming you're not pushing it, but all bets are off with even slight precipitation. I don't think it's an overstatement in saying it's not safe to drive on Michelins below 45 and wet. Depending on the climate, all seasons or winters are pretty much essential on a 911 during the winter months anywhere outside of Florida or California.

It's only been two months but feels like a lot longer since I got my 991.2 S, but figure in a good spec and low miles, non-CPO car should be around $90-95k. I think $85k is a safe offer. The 2017 is probably the best value in the 911 world at the moment.

Can't speak to that directly as I've only had Michelins for the past 5-6 years!

Based on random posts I've seen, some argue that Michelins are better across the board but really, I don't think there would be a tangible difference.

Can't speak to the first question about the tires but my guess on the value of the vehicle you asked about is around $90k and that is taking into consideration the MSRP, mileage, non-dealer purchase which means no CPO, and assuming the car is in PRISTINE condition with a clean CarFax which shows appropriate service history or service records showing the same, and clean DME report if a manual transmission.
