Hello im about to purcase Endless brakepads for my 2017 991.2 GTS. can someone confirm that
frontpads is EIP214 ME20
rearpads is EIP215 ME20
Anybody here used endless ME20 ? and can give some insight how the works and if they are squeeling alot.
if the Corona **** is easing up i will go for Nordschleife in may for 3 days with Scuderia Hanseat and some trackdays here in Sweden aswell.

On initial install I bed them in well and they were not bad but I've had some time between track days and didn't remove them and they squeal like a garbage truck now. I didn't drive a lot but apparently enough to remove the pad layer from the rotor so will need to re-bed them in. Hopefully that will quiet them down again. I have different sized pads right now because I have a base .2 but will be upgrading to S/GTS pads since i have larger rotors now. As to performance, I really like them but I am not yet a track rat. @4 Point 0 can probably answer this for you - I believe he likes them a lot.

Have been running Endless MX72's on my cars for years and they are the closest to a Unicorn pad I've found.

Regarding your question on the ME20's suggest the following:

Contact Speed Freaks USA, they are one of the larger Endless distributors in the US. SpeedFreaksUSA.com or better still reach out to Matt at Matt@speedfreaksusa.com Matt is the technical manager and is one of the most knowledgeable persons you will find regarding brake pad compounds and multiple manufacturers products.

Guessing from the OP's post he is based in Sweden. Not sure if he could execute on a purchase but I will certainly take your recommendation. Been thinking about the mx 72s for the street - just a little pricy compared to the stock offering.

The ME20’s are awesome pads for both track and street. Unlike my carbotechs that squeak like a mouse. Lol

After alot of resarch it seems that Eip 215 will fit rear but in front i get diffrent answers!
endless agent in europe says Eip 214 front but this pad is listed for the 991.1 and if im not wrong its only 330 mm discs on that and i have 350 mm
then i search on Endless usa they say EIP 240 in front. This pad is listed for my car but also listed for 991.2 GT3 and GT3 have 380 mm discs.

then i do a search on Pagid brakes for my car i get 4908 for front but then i look at the specs between pagid 4908 and Endless Eip240 they dont match up.
so as now im pretty confused.

ME20 are an awesome all round pad. They really pull the car up and work from cold to 800.

Minor squeal after streeting and the transfer scrubs off. But its low speed just before you stop, and its not super high pitched like others. Its less than my stock ones.

If you don’t hardcore track and want next to no squeal, run MX72+ in rear. But for pure track performance ME20 all round. You’re welcome.

Thanks do you now what pads to choice in front? Eip214 or Eip240

Sorrry I don’t know . I run Brembo GTS BBK 380 front and rear.

I cooked the Porsche calipers. Sent them brown.

I’ve also cooked the Brembo ones as well. Brembo were impressed and are going to warrant them.

Almost sure the answer is both. The EIP240 would make more sense as it has a larger pad area. When 991.1 upgrade from 340 rotor to 350 you can run the EIP240 GT3 pad. AFAIK the caliper between 991.1 and 991.2 is same.

Endless pads are a much better deal purchased from Japan.

Here are my notes:Endless MX72 - street/track pad

Endless ME20 - Light track endurance

Endless N05U - Sprint race compound

Endless MA45B - Endurance full race compound
Endurance last longer, easier on rotors, less 'initial' bite, require some heat to work best, may squeak when not to temp
The MX72 is a good hybrid pad, if you're at the pointy end of the lapping times you may find its not enough for heavy track use
Sprint pads have a ton of bite, last less, harder on rotors

The MX72 and ME20 are really popular with track/street cars.

Any opinion on MX72+? Torn between MX72 and the MX72+ for my next pad.

I don't run endless pads for a long time, the MX72 was always a good dual-purpose pad not sure difference on the 72+

I personally preferred endurance type pads for track use as on R-Comp type tires they have a little less bite than sprint pads and keep the car from getting into ABS and have good modulation feel.

But brakes are all about feel, some like different feel...

Editing because I did not read all the posts above.

Here is the Ferodo version for the 991.2 S/GTS and it looks like it matches the size you have above for EIP 214 while the pagid is slightly shorter but also slightly taller. I cross-referenced the Ferodo info from an Apex Performance post and also their website. I am guessing there is some tolerance built in so not every pad will be exactly the same size across manufacturers?

So, are these OK for 99% street/1% slow DE events? The dust on these OEM pads is driving me crazy. They also squeal from time to time.
Looking for low dust, good performance in what many here may consider mildly spirited to GT cruising. Some noise OK as a compromise.
