nah. I have a 13 C2S with 12.5k. I bought it 3 years ago with 8k. Those 4.5k miles have been super appreciated. Never will take this car for granted, even when it’s covered in my garage.

My first 911 was a 2006 CPO Carrera with 72k miles on it. I loved it because I drove it everywhere, could fit all my kids, and didn't have to baby it. I had a new Cayman and Cayenne before it, but this higher mileage Carrera never felt old. Traded it in with 79k miles a bit over two years later for a 2009 Carrera cab.

I would also recommend checking the window seals.

Today I went and I took it home. It has a couple small blemishes but I was honestly expecting way worse... Everything can be easy fixed!!!!

I spent the last 30 min in the garage staring at it!

Tomorrow I'm going for a PPI just to make sure nothing is wrong, I also got 5 years warranty as a piece of mind (mainly concern about a catastrophic failure).

One question, the car is Loud and when I say loud I mean LOUD!!!

I crawled underneath and there is some Sharkwerks components but I can't understand what it is. I took a picture maybe you guys can help.

Here is my wife taking proud delivery!

And finally in the garage!

Tomorrow I also need to clean the garage, sorry for all the clutter!!

And definetely more pics to come!!!

Congrats.

probably the sharkwerks primary muffler delete. You could always buy normal side mufflers and do the center muffle delete only. That should quiet it down.

Congrats and welcome to the club. Get that PPI done - I recall Carmax has a return guarantee if you need it but guessing you will be OK. Now you need to take on Mt Palomar and join the local PCA Club. No more Auto Cross due to the demolition of Qualcomm but they do organize events and they are a good group of people. You'll have to wait until post-Covid to do track events as there are no ride alongs at the moment.

Yep those are the side muffler deletes. We actually don't sell that product anymore (I agree, it's too loud!) but someone will likely buy them from you. They fit really nice at least

You will need some side mufflers. If the previous owner doesn't have them for you, you could try Ebay or maybe email Darin Fister who may have a set of stock/unmodified parts:
https://fdmotorsports.net

Or you could order his modified side mufflers (still will be a lot quieter than what's on there now).
