No evidence of any rats or mice either... until now.

Every time I have seen a car throw a bunch of errors like that it was due to a bad battery.
Now if you know the battery has at least 12.5v with the car off, then the battery should be good.
I would clean and check the ground strap on the battery and of course make sure it's all bolted in tight.

Update: Battery ground strap is in like new condition and is not loose. I finally got it towed to the dealer which was an ordeal in itself due to the fact that the car was stuck in gear in the garage. A platform truck could not get the car out of the garage and a regular tow truck could lift the back but then the front was too low. Finally using a regular tow truck with wheel dollies under the front wheels worked. It basically took four attempts to get the right setup to be able to safely tow the car. Took the car to Porsche Bellevue where I bought the car. I am not a big fan of them but the service guy was really good this time. My car went out of warranty this August. He speculated it might be the PDK transmission so I said I sure hope that Porsche covers this because car has pretty low miles (14,500 miles) and he said he was pretty sure Porsche would cover it. Hope so as I passed on an extended warranty. Yikes! But all speculation now. I hope to hear something more definitive next Tuesday or Wednesday. For now I am just really happy to have gotten the car transported to the dealership.

Dflowerz, didn't Porsche give a courtesy extension on all warranties due to the pandemic? Check. GL.

Too funny is that I got an email from the dealer last night expressing interest in buying my car. Probably super common. Maybe lightly used 911s are in more demand now, or maybe the dealer is just trying to get a good deal on buying a used 911 from an owner at a weak point with a broken car I have to admit that at times I have daydreamed about getting a cheap manual Miata, but then I snap out of it. No plans to get rid of the 911 for now, but that may depend on my repair experience. If it is a failed PDK and Porsche would not cover it, then it's worth a thought, as a PDK replacement would cover a lot of the cost of a new Miata. But hopefully all goes well and I will have a healthy 911 to enjoy for years to come.

Good luck getting the 991 sorted.

And the winner is Noah Fect! Rodent has chewed through multiple connections. Engine has to be pulled and wiring harness replaced. Total cost+tax will be around 10 grand. Ouch! On the other hand I feel good to know it was not a car failure. Now off to buy some potent rat poison and rat traps. I have never seen any rodent in the garage but they are sneaky bastards. And this one has very fine taste in cars.

That sucks.
I've seen evidence of rodents in my own garage, and every month the pest control people just say "The bait was consumed, so we replaced it." I'm apparently just running a restaurant for rats.

That stinks man...wouldn't be so bad if it was just those two connectors but I am sure when they pull the harness they will see more damage. Yikes at the bill though-do you think car or homeowners insurance may cover it since it was damage caused by an animal?
