Opinions on a 2017 Turbo

Hi All -
I'm considering buying a CPO 2017 Turbo (not an S). I'd be upgrading from my 991.1 base - does anyone have experience owning this car / opinions on it? I love the power, love the drive. Just looking for issues or anything I'm not thinking of.
My only other hold up is the price is listed @ 152K with 20K miles and the MSRP was about 172K. I'm typically used to seeing 20% (or more) on a 2-3 year old car with those miles. Is COVID keeping the market up higher than normal?

Prices are higher than what we all expected to see.

I paid a good bit less for my 2017 Turbo S with similar mileage (non-CPO though).
I think it's still too high for 20K miles.
As for the car, it is simply Amazing!! If you're wanting to mod it, I'd find an "Turbo S" instead. The turbos are better.

@Big Swole Do you mind sharing a % discount or something that might let me get a data point apples to apples
?
I haven't tried the turbo S yet.. Honestly the ceramic brakes overwhelm me (which my be a foolish thing).

PROs:
- Power/torque are otherworldly
- PCM 4.0 is way better/Apple Carplay
- 918-style steering wheel/better PDK programming + correct push away downshift / pull down upshift layout
- Sport Response button
- Stock ride height is better for the street (my C4S had SPASM and scraped everywhere)
CONs:
- Stock exhaust note is very muted compared to 991.1 N/A - I swapped to aftermarket
- I have centerlocks, which can potentially be a logistical headache in the future
I paid $120K for a 2018 TT with 35K miles/$180K sticker in April. So yes, I would say the one you are looking at is way overpriced; however, corona has turned the entire car market upside down. You can either wait for the world to return to normal, or pay the corona markup.

Guys, used 911 prices are through the roof. Anybody who bought a used one 4 months ago or longer, your price is no longer relevant to the market. People who are looking to buy today are going to pay top dollar.
I had a modded 991.2 turbo S. It was a nice car. Not particularly fun. I sold it after 10 months. My GTS is lightly modified, and a freakin rocket from a roll. I like it much more than my turbo.

That is priced way too high but I haven't been keeping up with the market lately. Seems like just about everything is in high demand from ammo to high end merchandise.
Before I ordered my GTS a couple of years ago, I was dead set on a TTS/TT. I don't mean to make this a TTS vs. TT vs. GTS thread but I'd test drive them all before pulling the trigger. The TTS/TT is ludicrously fast out of the box but for me, it lacked a certain character that I was looking for (that's a whole different thread). I modded my 991.2 GTS to my liking and it feels like a RWD TTS, if one ever existed, with a personality. Enjoy the hunt and good luck!
