Does anyone not like sport and sport plus modes?

APR has confirmed in previous posts that they can disable this. Nice option to have if you’re getting a tune!

As soon as the oil temp is up I switch to sports+ (981.2 GTS Coupe w manual). I like the way it sounds with PSE, and I like the pre-boost and throttle response in that mode, no *significant* turbo lag.
Normal just feels boring to me, I think that Normal is just an older name for "wet mode", good for the heavy rain days.

While I greatly prefer sport mode, I frequent just leave it in normal cruising around the highway or down town with manual gear changes. The sports chrono package makes it trivial to change on the fly, and I do.

Sport with PDK & S+ with manual as the mapping is a little too aggressive for the street.
However, I’ll use S+ on track all day with PDK.
Only time I’m not using S/S+ is with cruising speeds in individual mode. Where I have the PSE engaged & A.S.S. turned off with normal mode.

I assume there is rev hang to keep the turbos spooled and reduce turbo lag?
